Welcome to My Printing Room

– a My Mailing Room company


Our story began back in 1995 when FP Mailing (Germany) first launched in the UK. Since then we have become the largest dealer of their mailing products. Our business grew and expanded into bigger premises in Greenhithe, Kent in 2013. Since then we have become a trusted Toshiba Partner and Ricoh Core Partner bringing our customers full print management hardware and software solutions all across the UK.


For you, our access to Toshiba and Ricoh (who are market leaders in print/photocopier technology) means we are the helping hand from an established and trusted local supplier bringing the latest print innovation from these market leaders directly to your business.


Our strengths are quality equipment, great customer service, our transparent and fair contracts, and above all our people.


We know that customer service is important to you and our support for our devices comes directly from the manufacturer so you’ll have access to nation-wide support teams dedicated to answering your technical questions alongside highly-skilled engineers ready to assist you with breakdowns and service calls with a 4 hour response time. We are also different because we also offer a single point of contact through an Account Manager and local office support which is invaluable to looking after your business-critical printing devices.

Meet the team


Steve Streeter

Senior Print Management Consultant

‘Streets’ as he is known to all, came to FP in 2010 after spending many years at Pitney Bowes. He then took over running MyPrintingRoom in 2014. Field-based; Streets is the most likely to turn up on your doorstep (although honestly despite his size he’s very friendly and super-knowledgeable about all things printing) offering clear and concise advice. And just as important – he’ll always follow up on his promises! Steve is always happy to do a free Print Audit which will give you the exact running costs for all your current devices. Old-school salesman in that he believes it is an honour to win your business.


Deanna Turner

Print Management Consultant

Dee joined us way back in 1997 originally in our Service department and in the intervening years has found time not only to work in every single department, but also get married and become a mother to two delightful and amazing daughters. In 2016 she moved over full-time to MyPrintingRoom and currently looks after our Sales Support. It’s likely that if you phone our office with a technical query you’ll end up in the tender care of the lovely Dee. She also looks after our social media and is regularly posting strange pictures of the team on our Facebook page.


Steve Rogers


Steve originally started MyMailingRoom (our sister company) in 1996, and they have now grown to become the largest dealer of FP Mailing equipment in the UK. In 2014 Steve launched MyPrintingRoom to run alongside with the same simple aims – great products, great prices and outstanding account management with no nasty hidden surprises. Despite wearing some very questionable outfits to the office there is absolutely no truth to the rumour that he is in fact Captain America.


Tim Pile

Office Manager

Mr Reliable began with us back in 1999 and was a key component in getting MyPrintingRoom up and running, having designed and implemented all of our back-office and also this (hopefully) wonderful website. Outside of work Tim enjoys amateur dramatics although he has been forbidden from posting pictures here of his starring role as Widow Twanky in the Tonbridge Christmas Panto!


Marie Davenport


Originally joined back in 2011 as maternity cover and is now in charge of all the money. At her happiest when knee-deep in spreadsheets; and runs all the accounts including service contracts. A former junior international athlete Marie has recently returned to the running track although these days her races seem to be fuelled by the liberal and therapeutic use of Prosecco.


Saffron Beesley

Administration Manager

Miss Process and Procedure joined us back in 2012 and takes care of order processing and consumable items. Saff takes huge professional pride in her department and we would be absolutely lost without her. The salespeople know to their cost that there is Saff’s way or the wrong way to complete their paperwork! Outside of work she is sweetness and light and is the office social conscience; as well as making what may well be the best lemon drizzle cake in the world.



The Office Dog

Arguably the cutest member of the team (although Streets disagrees!) Cece is in charge of office security and also at times shredding! Without a doubt the most enthusiastic about meetings although has a tendency to drift off if they go on for too long. Outside of work Cece enjoys walking, sleeping and eating food (preferably someone else’s). Many dogs have owners but Cece firmly believes that she has staff.
